We offer Carer & Child sessions on Fridays and previously a full Forest School experience on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Friday Carer & Child sessions
Plant the seed for the love of the outdoors!
A first step towards woodland adventures and natural sensory activities, following child-led seasonal rhythms to explore with your child.
Please note that the sessions do reach capacity and become unable to be booked. If you cannot select the date & time you want, then that session is full. Make sure you don’t book the wrong day! Please don’t just turn up if you can’t book - I have to limit numbers.
Fridays 09:30 – 10.45 & 11:00 – 12.15, or 10:00 – 11:30 in winter.
Toddlers
From ~15 months to 5 years
£15 per session
Siblings free - you MUST indicate on the booking you are bringing two. There’s a “Sibling too?” field on the booking form - indicate there. Including there name and age is helpful, but not required.
Babies
We can’t offer specific baby places while we have tight number restrictions, sorry. (You can still bring a baby as a sibling for free as long as you indicate on the booking.)

Forest School sessions
A comprehensive Forest School experience for your child!
Designed for regular attendance, these sessions will help nurture a love of learning in a natural environment.
There are more details on the Forest School Sessions page. The sessions are:

9am – 12 noon
From 2 to 5 years
Now finished - we lost the lease
Despite the rapid growth in numbers & delighted parents, the lease is being terminated early, by agreement between the Council and the nursery I partnered with. The last session was on 11th July 2024.
The Council are not interested in a direct lease with me & plan to gift the land to a local resident’s group. Neither are interested in the long-term commitment these sessions require.
They’ve been really amazing sessions; much richer and more structured than the Carer & Child ones & we’ve seen our toddlers learn and grow so much.
I’m still looking for some way I can offer these sessions in the future. Register interest below and I’ll keep you updated.
